Responsibilities

Analysis of the existing SQL Server and Qlik landscape, conception and implementation of the migration to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, as well as development of ELT/ETL processes with SQL and Python, including data modeling, DAX, quality assurance, testing, logging, monitoring, and documentation.

• At least five years of demonstrable experience in the conception and implementation of productive data and business intelligence solutions based on Microsoft Fabric.
• At least five years of demonstrable experience in the development of productive business intelligence solutions with Microsoft Power BI, including semantic models, DAX-based calculation logic, and reporting and dashboard solutions.
• At least five years of demonstrable experience in the conception and development of ELT or ETL processes based on SQL and Python.
• At least three years of demonstrable experience in the use of AI-supported methods and tools for supporting software or data development projects.
• Performance communication and project-relevant documentation must be technically precise and understandable in German.
• At least three years of experience in migrating established business intelligence landscapes to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• At least two years of experience in performance optimization of Power BI models, DAX calculations, and data processing.
• At least two years of experience in analyzing existing Qlik solutions, including data models, load scripts, and application architectures.
• At least three years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, particularly regarding database structures, views, stored procedures, T-SQL, and the analysis of existing transformation logic.
