For one of our major clients, we are currently looking for support for a team consisting of Data Center Technicians, a Data Center Operations Engineer, and a Data Center Manager, who meets the following requirements:

- Rack and stack as well as installation of server and network hardware
- Cabling (copper and fiber optic) and documentation
- Layer 1 troubleshooting and ticket processing
- Asset management and support in lifecycle management
- Compliance with SOPs and participation in on-call duty
- Operation and ensuring the high availability of the infrastructure
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers and networks
- Collaboration with colocation partners and coordination of maintenance
- Operation of power and cooling infrastructure
- Incident management as well as optimization and automation of processes
- Team leadership and management of service providers
- Ensuring the overall operation of the data centers
- Capacity planning and management of projects and migrations
- Budget responsibility and strategic further development of the infrastructure
- Experience in the data center and in rack and stack
- Basic knowledge of servers, networks, and Linux
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Several years of experience in data center operations
- Good knowledge of servers, networks, and infrastructure
- Experience with Linux, automation, and ITSM tools
- Many years of experience in the data center environment
- Leadership experience and project management know-how
- Knowledge of infrastructure, vendor management, and budget control
- Location: Greater Lyon area
- Duration: from April for one year
