For a project in the rail and data management environment, we are looking for a developer for Django (Python) web development (m/f/d) with experience in Django, Python, and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and further development of a web application based on Django and Python, including frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap, REST interfaces, connection of external systems, PostgreSQL database, CI/CD, as well as fixing security findings.

• Experience in development with Python/Django framework (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Experience in frontend development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Bootstrap, Django templates) (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Experience with REST interfaces and connection of external systems (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Experience with CI/CD (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Experience in interpreting and fixing security findings (Junior <= 3 years experience)
• Experience with PDF/Report generation (WeasyPrint, wkhtmltopdf) (at least 1 reference)
• Experience in data processing with pandas (at least 1 reference)
• Experience in implementing rail-specific solutions (at least 1 reference)
