Job description
Seeking a DevOps Engineer for a project developing a Certificate Order Management System within the public sector. The role involves application development, automation of processes, and consulting.
Project overview
For our client from the public sector, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) for a demanding project.
A Certificate Order Management System is being developed in the project, which maps the entire lifecycle of certificate products. The focus is, among other things, on the development and implementation of applications in the trust center environment as well as the automation of development, deployment, and test processes.
Responsibilities
- Conception and implementation of applications with a focus on digital signatures in the trust center environment
- Independent development of managed services for use in software solutions
- Technical and technological consulting for Product Owners and software engineering teams on product and project requirements
- Process automation using Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test Automation
- Documentation of best practice approaches and support for knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Knowledge in the implementation of Certificate Order Management Systems
- Extensive knowledge of processes in the trust center environment with a focus on certificate products
- Extensive knowledge of Camunda
- Extensive knowledge of MySQL 8
- Extensive knowledge of MapStruct
- Extensive knowledge in database schema versioning with Liquibase
- Extensive knowledge of scenario-based test concepts with JUnit
- Extensive knowledge in event-based communication
- Extensive knowledge of Vaadin
- Extensive Java knowledge
- Knowledge in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge in microservices architectures and API design (REST, Messaging)
- Knowledge of agile methods from practical participation in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
- Very good German language skills at C2 level or native speaker
- English language skills at least B2 level
