Job description
Seeking an expert for land cable installation services, focusing on coordination, quality assurance, interface management, and risk analysis within energy infrastructure projects.
Project overview
-Section Coordination & Technical Support: Creation and updating of management and control documents for the land cable section. Structuring and documentation of measures, maintenance of relevant overviews, and preparation of decision-making bases for section control.
-Document Review & Quality Assurance: Review of planning, execution, and contract documents from contractors and other project participants regarding completeness, plausibility, consistency, and compliance with standards, norms, technical regulations, and approval requirements.
-Interface and Communication Coordination: Coordination and documentation of technical interfaces between land cable installation, civil engineering, substation construction, parallel projects, and other stakeholders. Consolidation, review, and documentation of interface requirements, coordination results, and technical decisions.
-Cable Call-off Planning & Delivery Coordination: Creation, maintenance, and updating of call-off and delivery overviews for cables, joints, and accessories. Analysis of delivery dates, material availability, and logistical dependencies, as well as coordination of delivery planning with relevant project requirements and construction processes.
-Risk, Schedule, and Construction Progress Analysis: Analysis of schedule, quality, logistics, and execution risks within the land cable section. Evaluation of construction processes and progress, as well as creation of forecasts and recommendations for action for schedule and risk control.
Requirements
-Experience in land cable, energy infrastructure, or civil engineering project execution
-Technical understanding of cable routes, cable installation, and construction site processes
-Experience in project management as well as schedule and risk control
-Experience in interface management between different trades and project participants
-Ability to review and evaluate technical documentation
-Structured way of working as well as very good analytical and communication skills
