Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an experienced DOXIS Expert to support the administration, configuration, further development, and optimization of an existing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management Solution (DMS).

The focus is on the technical support of the DOXIS platform, the optimization of document-based business processes, and integration into existing IT system landscapes.

• Administration, configuration, and further development of the DOXIS ECM/DMS platform
• Analysis and optimization of existing document management and archiving processes
• Setup and customization of document classes, metadata, and authorization structures
• Configuration and optimization of document-based workflows
• Integration of DOXIS into existing company applications and third-party systems
• Support and further development of existing interfaces
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Support with system updates, migrations, and technical adjustments
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Collaboration with business departments, developers, and IT administrators

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience with DOXIS (SER Group)
• Sound knowledge in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management (DMS)
• Experience in the administration and configuration of DOXIS systems
• Knowledge in setting up and customizing workflows, metadata, and authorization concepts
• Experience with the integration of ECM/DMS solutions into existing IT landscapes
• Knowledge in error analysis and technical problem-solving
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German and good English language skills
