Short Description

A medium-sized automotive supplier is switching its ERP to proALPHA and migrating its entire EDI landscape to Seeburger BIS using the pai interface. This affects several hundred EDI partners with over 500 message routes, many of which are customer-specific. An experienced EDI specialist is sought to analyze, map, test, and hand over the routes for production.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing EDI routes and transfer to Seeburger BIS
• Implement partner mappings Inbound and Outbound: Coordinate guidelines and sample files, standard and individual mappings, configure in BIS, create maptables
• Build process mappings based on pai descriptions, configure BIS processes and workflows
• Conduct tests Inbound and Outbound including special cases, mass tests, error analysis, and validation with partners
• Coordinate with the internal EDI team, business departments, as well as proALPHA and Seeburger
• Document mappings, configurations, and test results, support handover to production

• BIS Process Design and Workflow
• pai interface
• VDA, EDIFACT, and ANSI X12 in the automotive and non-automotive environment
• Independent, structured way of working and confident coordination with business departments and external partners
• SEEXML structures, especially DELFOR, ORDERS, INVOIC, and DESADV
• Project experience with proALPHA
• Knowledge of Infor ERP systems
