Electrical Supervisor for Construction Project

Project overview

For a demanding construction project in Dresden, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor (m/f/d) to oversee and coordinate the electrical work on the construction site.

Your tasks include monitoring all electrical work and ensuring compliance with work safety, health, and environmental protection standards (EHS). You are responsible for tracking all EHS activities, stopping unsafe activities, and monitoring all subcontractors regarding EHS compliance. Furthermore, you actively support EHS programs and initiatives on the construction site.

In the area of quality assurance and control (QA/QC), you will participate in the preparation and implementation of QA/QC guidelines, conduct quality inspections, and monitor execution according to approved specifications. You ensure that test logs are correctly completed and documented.

As a construction manager, you will coordinate daily and weekly construction coordination meetings, support scheduling, and monitor work procedures and risk assessments. You will conduct regular site inspections, coordinate material deliveries, and prepare reports on construction progress. You will also review contractor invoices and timesheets.

We expect extensive experience in construction management, sound knowledge in electrical engineering, and fluent German and English skills. The position is limited to 12 months, with 45 hours per week, 100% on-site at the construction site. Start date is as soon as possible.
