- Independent creation and further development of electrical designs with EPLAN
- Review of the current project status and transfer of existing 3D CAD designs into electrical design
- Creation of circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and wiring concepts
- Control cabinet design and wiring planning
- Integration of a newly developed dispensing and adhesive head into existing system concepts
- Control and parameterization of servo axes
- Participation in a TwinCAT-based machine platform
- Support in the development of a small-series solution in the field of adhesive technology
- Close coordination with mechanical, software, and development teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience in electrical design with EPLAN
- Experience in control cabinet design
- Knowledge in the creation of circuit diagrams and wiring plans
- Understanding of cable routing, wire management, and electrical machine integration
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing projects
- Independent and structured way of working
Nice to have
- Experience in special machine construction
- Knowledge in the field of adhesive, dispensing, or automation technology
- Basic knowledge in Functional Safety / Machine Safety
- Experience with TwinCAT-based machine concepts
- Understanding of collaboration with mechanical design teams
