Job description
Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for an offshore platform project, responsible for overseeing all engineering activities, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project objectives are met.
Responsibilities
+ Management and supervision of all activities in the field of engineering management, including system engineering, ensuring alignment between project goals, technical requirements, schedule, costs, quality goals, and system lifecycle requirements.
+ Building and maintaining effective interfaces between engineering disciplines, project packages, EPCI contractors, procurement, logistics, operations and maintenance, regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and other key stakeholders.
+ Strategic monitoring of interfaces in engineering and promotion of the solution of cross-functional technical problems and risks.
+ Leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring adequate competencies, resources, and succession planning.
+ Definition of engineering governance processes, decision-making frameworks, and reporting structures to support efficient project execution.
+ Establishment, maintenance, and communication of engineering processes, as well as provision of training and guidance for the project team to ensure consistent application.
+ Ensuring the consistent integration of all technical, operational, regulatory, HSE, certification, and approval requirements into the overall project plan.
+ Monitoring technical progress, performance indicators, resource utilization, and milestones in project execution.
+ Support for project management in managing technical changes, claims, technical risks, and opportunities.
+ Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, permits, standards, company requirements, and international best practices.
+ Monitoring compliance with technical, HSE, QA/QC, certification, and contractual requirements by contractors.

Requirements
+ Completed degree in Engineering
+ at least 10 years of experience in complex projects with a focus on a senior engineering role
+ Thorough understanding of engineering management principles, system integration, and project execution methods.
+ In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, legal requirements, quality management systems, and HSE practices.
+ Ability to work in an international and cross-functional project environment.
+ Proven ability to effectively manage technical resources, budgets, schedules, and project priorities.
+ Experience in HVDC-EPCI or comparable projects
+ English C1 level
