• respond to the needs of the children with your empathy and observation skills
• Remuneration according to collective agreement (TV KB) with additional company pension (EZVK) and special pay
• 30 days of vacation plus 2 regeneration days, as well as time off on Christmas and New Year's Eve
• Family-friendly, modern working conditions with various part-time models and high flexibility in our full-day Kita (opening hours from 07:00 to 16:00)
