Responsibilities

• Site supervision of all measures for construction site preparation and clearing (investigations into subsoil, contamination, unexploded ordnance) and the execution of the new construction scope
• Survey and recording of existing construction technical conditions and associated documentation
• Definition of construction technical interfaces with existing facilities
• Technical coordination with planning engineers
• Technical quality supervision during the erection of construction technical facilities
• Technical coordination of subcontractor activities on site, quality checks, acceptances, documentation checks, etc.
• Participation in daily site meetings with the client and contractor's employees
• Consultation during the procurement process through technical evaluation of offers and participation in negotiations
• Discipline-specific monitoring of construction progress and the degree of completion of assembly and installation work (Value of Work Done)
• Discipline-specific monitoring of interfaces between contractor and client
• Consultation on ensuring compliance with HSSE guidelines, procedures, rules, and standards

Requirements
