Responsibilities

• Support the client with planning and approval-related issues within a complex rail infrastructure project
• Coordination and management of specialist planners and project participants involved in planning
• Accompanying planning changes within ongoing approval and planning approval procedures
• Preparation, organization, and follow-up of coordination meetings between the involved trades
• Consulting regarding necessary commissions, approval processes, and project workflows
• Ensuring cross-trade information and coordination flow
• Support with organizational and documentation-related tasks during the execution phase
• Identification of interfaces, risks, and needs for action, as well as development of solution approaches
• Accompanying project topics across multiple service phases with a focus on the overall project

Requirements

My advantages:

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, traffic engineering, infrastructure management, or comparable qualification
• Sound experience in rail infrastructure projects, preferably in the context of expansion and new construction measures
• Knowledge of approval planning and ideally experience with planning change procedures within the scope of planning approval procedures
• Experience in coordinating different specialist trades and project participants
• Understanding of inter-project contexts and complex infrastructure measures
• Structured and independent way of working, as well as strong communication skills
