Profile
- Planning, execution, and coordination of national and European tender procedures for the entire Mainzer Stadtwerke AG group, with a focus on civil engineering (utility line construction), track and overhead line construction, and planning services
- Evaluation of procurement results and structured presentation as a binding basis for decision-making
- Advising and supporting specialist departments on all tender and procurement-related issues
- Technical advice on selected procurement-related projects within the group
- Further development and design of procurement services
- Completed commercial or technical university degree or a comparable qualification with experience in tendering and procurement
- Relevant professional experience is advantageous
- Good knowledge of procurement law, especially for contracting authorities in the utilities sector, and preferably of construction contract law, VOB, and HOAI
- Knowledge of subsidy law or grant procurement law is desirable
- Basic technical understanding of the services to be procured and knowledge of using common tendering platforms and SAP are advantageous
- Reliable and professional demeanor at all times
