• Analysis of planning and dispatching systems in public transport as well as the provider market to support technical consulting for software procurement
• Technical consulting in the definition and refinement of requirements for software for service planning, dispatching, and virtual operations management
• Classification of optimization methods for service creation, duty scheduling, and service allocation with regard to technical requirements
• Participation in the creation of the requirements specification and technical support of the EU awarding procedure until the contract is awarded
• Knowledge of planning and dispatching systems in public transport, including solutions such as IVU, Trapeze, Init, and PSI, as well as the provider market
• Experience with optimization methods for service creation, duty scheduling, and service allocation
• Not currently working for a software provider and ensuring a manufacturer-neutral perspective
• Demonstrable experience with at least one requirements specification that has been supported through to award for a transport company with at least 1,000 employees
