• Creation of a consistent process model in SAP Signavio as a basis for the ongoing S/4HANA transformation, top-down from the process map to detailed workflows, including variants
• Inventory and evaluation of existing information: existing process models with a technical system view, available test cases, and standard models
• Transfer of technically oriented views into understandable, business-focused process models
• Comparison and validation of process models with business departments, including preparation and moderation of coordination meetings
• Incorporation of feedback and maintenance of models until an agreed-upon status
• Clean documentation and structuring of results
• Several years of experience in process modeling with SAP Signavio (Process Manager)
• Ability to structure processes top-down and clearly define variants
• Experience in the retail sector and relevant processes is an advantage
• Good understanding of the connection between business processes and IT systems
• Experience from S/4HANA projects
• Experience with test cases or technical documentation as a source of process knowledge is helpful
• Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with business departments, including in workshops
• Structured, independent way of working
• Very good German language skills
