Responsibilities
- Analysis and optimization of Meter-to-Cash processes in the energy supply sector
- Execution of process analyses using Celonis Process Mining
- Identification and evaluation of process inefficiencies and automation potentials
- Analysis of clarification cases and root causes along the end-to-end process chain
- Optimization of billing, payment, and receivables processes
- Creation of KPI dashboards and management reports
- Collaboration with business units such as sales, customer service, billing, and receivables management
- Support of transformation and digitalization initiatives
- Conception and implementation of improvement measures
- Management of workshops and coordination with stakeholders
