Responsibilities
Profile
- Operational leadership of the plant together with the Plant Manager and VP Operations
- Leadership and further development of the local management team
- Support in difficult production situations, bottlenecks, and series ramp-ups
- Improvement of quality, productivity, and delivery performance
- Coaching of managers and building a strong leadership organization
- Professional experience in a senior plant or operations function, e.g., as Senior Plant Manager, Plant Director, Operations Director, or VP Operations
- Experience in the operational leadership and optimization of production sites
- Willingness for predominantly on-site deployment in Bizerte, Tunisia
- Fluent English and French language skills, both written and spoken
