Specialist Occupational Medicine

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced specialist in occupational medicine at our location in Mannheim. You will act as a subject matter expert and contribute significantly to the health and safety of employees.

Your tasks include conducting occupational health examinations according to current regulations and advising companies on health promotion measures in the workplace. You will assess and document working conditions and hazards using modern software solutions and develop company health concepts together with managers. Furthermore, you will support the implementation of company integration management and participate in emergency and pandemic plans.

Further responsibilities include conducting workplace-related inspections, risk analyses according to current methods, and preparing medical reports based on occupational medicine guidelines.

For this position, you need a license to practice medicine and completed further training as a specialist in occupational medicine or company doctor. Sound knowledge of relevant laws and DGUV regulations is required. Practical experience with occupational medical examination methods and documentation software is assumed. You should be familiar with the development and implementation of preventive measures in occupational health management and have the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are necessary.

The position is to be filled on-site in Mannheim.
