Activity:

To support a comprehensive tender as part of a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program, we are looking for several consultants for various positions.

Expert SAP S/4HANA (m/f/d) – 3 positions

Responsibilities

Support in specifying target processes to ensure they meet business requirements

Requirements management and translation into concrete system requirements and specifications down to the SAP transaction level

Execution and continuous documentation of system configurations in SAP S/4HANA in coordination with the functional sub-project managers

Design and support of end-to-end tests as well as functional tests to validate system functions and process compliance

Creation and evaluation of technical solution scenarios in the SAP HANA environment to support the transition target architecture

Support in technical design workshops, validation of data models, and evaluation of interface requirements

Accompanying technical transformation activities, such as data migration, system integration, and performance optimization

Creation of technical documentation, including mapping tables, architecture documents, and HANA model designs

Preparation and execution of functional workshops

Creation and maintenance of process-related documents such as functional concepts, mappings, test cases, and acceptance documents

Support for project management through structured functional contributions, evaluation of decision alternatives, and identification of risks and dependencies

Regular exchange with stakeholders from accounting, IT, controlling, and related specialist areas

Requirements

In-depth SAP S/4HANA knowledge, especially in the modules FI, CO, PSM and/or PS-CD

In-depth knowledge in at least one SAP Finance module, e.g., FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA, CO-OM or CO-PA

At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP projects, preferably in public administration

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Administrative Informatics, or comparable qualification

Module-relevant SAP certification, e.g., FI, CO, or PSM

Proof of training in SAP S/4HANA Finance, data migration, and process modeling

Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 under S/4HANA

In-depth knowledge of requirements management, test planning and execution, and creation of functional concepts

Proof of at least two comparable reference projects from the last five years with services in at least two of the fields SAP S/4HANA, FI, CO, PSM, or PS-CD

Very good IT skills, especially MS Office

Fluent German and English skills

Desirable:

Project experience in public administration

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA reporting and integrated business processes

Knowledge of process modeling, e.g., BPMN or EPK

Knowledge of V-Modell XT Bund

Experience with financial and controlling processes in the public sector
