Expert Test Management SAP S/4HANA (2 Positions)

Project overview

For a comprehensive transformation program, two experienced experts in test management are sought to support a complex SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Responsibilities

You will conceptualize and develop overarching test strategies and test concepts for SAP S/4HANA projects. You will plan, manage, and coordinate complex test activities, lead test teams, and liaise with project management and business departments. Your responsibilities include the creation and execution of test cases, management of test documentation, error analysis, and defect tracking. You will ensure quality requirements and test progress, utilize appropriate test management tools, and create reports on test status, risks, and quality results.

You will consider agile and classic project methodologies as well as relevant standards.

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification, as well as relevant certification (e.g., ISTQB). You possess in-depth experience in test planning and execution, preferably in SAP S/4HANA projects. Proof of at least two comparable reference projects from the last five years is required. You have sound knowledge of test management tools and methods, strong project management and leadership skills, as well as analytical and organizational abilities. Confident demeanor, assertiveness, high resilience, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Very good IT knowledge and fluent German language skills are assumed.

Experience in test management for public administration projects, understanding of complex IT implementation projects, agile methodologies, and knowledge of V-Modell XT are particularly valuable.
