Responsibilities

Establishment and optimization of workflows and processes, functional analysis and design of processes and functions, consulting for requirements managers and the business product owner, conducting data analyses and data cleansing, as well as supporting incident and problem management, product backlog refinement, and monitoring in operations.

• Practical experience within the system landscape Alexandria of the 16.7Hz railway power network operator (Junior 3 years experience)
• Project management know-how (PRINCE2, PMP or IPMA certification is proven)
• Practical experience in the field of 16.7 Hz network operator (railway power systems) (Senior > 5 years experience)
• Methodological competence in stakeholder management and requirements elicitation, modeling of business processes in the market role of a 16.7Hz network operator, process models: SCRUM, SAFe (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Experience in establishing and using quality assurance processes and procedures (Junior <= 3 years experience)
• Software Development Level 1 JavaEE, Spring, Gradle (and/or Maven), Databases (Oracle) (Junior <= 3 years experience)
