• Management of technical sub-projects across all relevant project phases (LPH 1-8)
• Coordination of internal and external planning offices
• Interface management with primary technology, secondary technology, IT/OT security, approval management, and land development
• Review and evaluation of design, approval, and execution documents
• Quality assurance of planning and execution of partial acceptance of construction services
• Support and assistance with approval procedures (BImSchG, planning approval, BauGB, nature conservation)
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Participation in tenders and awards
• Review and processing of change orders
• Risk management for building technology trades
• Minutes of meetings and coordination appointments
• Management of cooperation between project teams, specialist departments, authorities, and external service providers
• Support for strategic and architectural decisions in the project
