• Working hours: 32–40 hours
• Location: Frankfurt am Main
• Support in SAP S/4HANA, especially in the area of purchase requisitions (BANF) and related procurement processes
• Review, processing, and management of purchase requisitions, orders, and invoices
• Support in the proper allocation and booking of expenses
• Development and enhancement of transparent expense management via cost centers
• Support in ongoing accounting and controlling
• Creation, preparation, and further development of reports and analyses
• Automation and standardization of recurring financial and reporting processes
• Support in the accrual and period-specific allocation of loans and financing costs
• Monitoring and plausibility checks of costs, budgets, and payment obligations
• Support in optimizing and digitizing commercial processes
• Identification of manual or error-prone processes and development of more efficient, automated solutions where possible
• Several years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance
• Very good practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ideally with experience in FI/CO and procurement processes
• Experience with purchase requisitions, orders, invoice processes, and cost centers
• Good knowledge of period-specific accruals and handling of loans or financing accounting
• Very good Excel skills; experience with reporting and automation solutions is an advantage
• Strong understanding of numbers, processes, and commercial contexts
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to question existing processes and improve them pragmatically
• Ideally, experience in the real estate, project development, or construction sector
