Profile
- Strategic and conceptual realignment of the finance organization
- Conception and support of complex finance transformations
- Development and evaluation of nearshoring and outsourcing models
- Digitalization and automation of finance processes
- Analysis of existing structures and identification of optimization potential
- Evaluation of concrete AI potential in finance
- Development and prioritization of GenAI use cases with measurable business value
- Further development towards Agentic AI for finance processes and workflows
- Sound experience in complex finance transformations
- Ideally, experience from a management consultancy or a comparable transformation environment
- Very good understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI and their application in the finance sector
- Strong strategic and conceptual finance expertise
