Freelance Civil Engineering Supervisor Wanted - 6 Months+, Postal Code 92, ASAP

Project overview

An experienced practitioner in civil engineering, ideally with a background as a road construction master, foreman, technician, or similar.

Not a project manager - an operationally active construction supervisor on the construction site is sought.

Responsibilities

Monitoring of execution in civil engineering, earthworks, and pipeline construction

Daily presence on the construction site

Coordination, organization, and support of construction management

Independent control of the construction process

Coordination with subcontractors, engineers, and clients

Site documentation & maintenance of the construction schedule

Ensuring occupational safety & environmental protection

Quantity surveying, billing according to VOB

Working with iTWO / ARRIBA

Participation in monthly and final accounts

Profile

Several years of experience in civil engineering and pipeline construction

Experience in construction supervision or construction management (preferably certified foreman)

Knowledge in billing, quantity surveying & VOB

Proficient in iTWO/ARRIBA

Technician/Master/Foreman (EQR Level 6) advantageous

Class B driver's license

Hands-on mentality and construction site focus, with an emphasis on pipeline construction

Greater Weiden area (north)
