Must-Have Criteria
- Consulting on Digital Public Services: citizen-centric service journeys, requirements for digital participation and service platforms, increasing the use of public services
- Conception of Citizen Participation: surveys, online participation, information events, user tests
- Consulting remote and on-site
- Min. 3 years of consulting experience (10+ years preferred)
- Min. 1 reference for a public sector client regarding Digital Public Services and/or Citizen Participation, with services provided after 15.10.2023
- Reference person with contact details who agrees to a reference check
- Fluent German
