An experienced Electronic Engineer is sought for a time-limited development and transfer project at an internationally active technology company in Austria.

The focus is on processing existing electronic solutions as well as their technical evaluation and transfer into downstream production processes.

The scope includes analog and digital circuits for optical systems, sensor technology, encoders, and motor drivers.

The work is based on existing precursor products and ranges from reviewing existing circuit diagrams and PCBs to supporting prototypes, data cleansing, obsolescence, and manufacturing transfer.

Responsibilities

• Review, structure, and technically process historical product documentation
• Review analog and digital circuits as well as PCBs with Altium Designer
• Analyze electronic solutions for optics, sensor technology, encoders, and motor drivers
• Support procurement, assembly, commissioning, and characterization of prototypes
• Clean up technical data and handle obsolescence
• Record production experiences and derive concrete improvements for manufacturability
• Accompany manufacturing transfer and duplicate test equipment
• Independently clarify technical queries from new suppliers
• Collaborate with mechanics, firmware, optics, verification, production, and service

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an Electronic Engineer in development or transfer projects
• Sound knowledge of analog and digital circuits as well as PCB review
• Very good practical experience with Altium Designer
• Experience with optics, sensor technology, encoders, motor drivers, or comparable electronic systems
• Practical experience in prototype construction, commissioning, and technical characterization
• Experience in collaboration with production, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of CadStar, Windchill, or SAP is an advantage
