Project overview

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced software developer to take on the conception and development of a custom CRM system.

The goal is to develop a tailor-made CRM solution that is customized to the specific business processes and requirements of our client. The focus is particularly on independent technical implementation.

Responsibilities

Conception, architecture, and development of a custom CRM system from scratch

Analysis of business requirements and their translation into technical solutions

Development and implementation of central CRM functionalities, such as contact and customer management, data management, and process automation

Development and connection of interfaces to existing systems and applications

Design and implementation of an intuitive user interface

Ensuring performance, scalability, maintainability, and data security

Accompanying the development process from conception to implementation

Requirements

Several years of experience in software development

Demonstrable experience in independently developing a CRM system from scratch

Sound knowledge in backend and ideally fullstack development

Experience with database design, data modeling, and API development

Knowledge of modern software architectures and common development methods

Experience in analyzing complex requirements and implementing them into individual software solutions

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
