To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced freelancer for our digital customer support who works independently and reliably supports our customers.
Responsibilities
- Independent customer support via WhatsApp, Discord, and email
- Regular, several times daily, checking of communication channels and timely processing of incoming inquiries
- Conducting telephone and digital insurance consulting sessions
- Handling questions about contracts, benefits, contract changes, and claims
- Independent coordination with our insurance partners
- Documentation and maintenance of customer records
Requirements
How we work together
We are looking for someone who independently organizes and manages our customer support without tasks needing to be assigned individually.
Our digital channels should be checked regularly, several times a day on weekdays, and as needed. Customer inquiries are processed independently and promptly.
Flexibility is key: If no inquiries are received, there is no additional processing effort.
