For one of our clients, a leading company, we are looking for a Specialist Site Manager MEP/HVAC (m/f/d) to support a demanding construction project. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical management and coordination of all MEP trades on-site and ensure the quality, schedule, and budget-compliant implementation of the project.

Position: Specialist Site Manager MEP (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Responsible specialist site management for HVAC and overall coordination of MEP and media technology interfaces
• Management and monitoring of the technical, quality, schedule, and budget-compliant implementation of MEP and media supply
• Coordination of involved trades and interfaces, especially between MEP, pipeline construction, plant construction, steel construction, and electrical engineering
• Overall coordination of the installation and assembly of media technology systems and plants
• Ensuring technically coordinated and execution-ready implementation, considering project-specific requirements
• Responsibility for cost, change order, and modification management within the specialist area
• Documentation of construction progress and support of acceptance processes
• Compliance with all safety standards, norms, and regulations
• Close collaboration with project management, planning, assembly, contractors, and other involved specialist departments

• Several years of experience as a Specialist Site Manager, Site Manager, or in a comparable responsible position in the field of MEP, plant construction, or industrial media supply
• Sound knowledge in the field of HVAC or in technical building and media supply in an industrial environment
• Very good knowledge in steel plant, power plant, or plant construction is an advantage
• Knowledge and application of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), relevant norms, and safety regulations
• Experience in coordinating complex interfaces and multiple involved trades
• Fluent German and good English skills, spoken and written; other languages are an advantage
• Strong organizational talent, communication skills, and assertiveness
