Freelance Marketing & Project Management Support for TEOXANE Germany

Project overview

Project Goal:

To support the Marketing & Medical Education team at TEOXANE Germany, an experienced freelancer with profound marketing and project management know-how, ideally with agency background, is sought for a period of six months. The goal is to relieve the team in the operational implementation of ongoing and planned marketing activities, to coordinate various projects independently, and to ensure smooth collaboration between Marketing, Medical Education, Sales, as well as external agencies and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Campaign Management
• Support in the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns and communication measures
• Creation and adaptation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales documents
• Coordination of briefings, revision cycles, and approval processes
• Coordination with external creative agencies, graphic designers, and other service providers
• Project Management & Coordination
• Independent management of small and medium-sized marketing projects
• Creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and status overviews
• Tracking of tasks, deadlines, and open points
• Proactive coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring structured and timely project implementation
• Interface to Sales & Medical Education
• Close collaboration with the Sales team in the implementation of sales-supporting marketing measures
• Coordination and provision of sales documents, presentations, and other communication materials
• Alignment of requirements and priorities between Marketing, Sales, and Medical Education
• Support in the organization and coordination of medical training and further education formats
• Event & Congress Management
• Operational support in the planning and implementation of customer events, workshops, training sessions, and medical congresses
• Coordination of external partners, locations, and service providers
• Creation and tracking of organizational timelines and checklists
• Support in the preparation and follow-up of events
• Operational Marketing Support
• Creation and revision of PowerPoint presentations
• Maintenance of Excel overviews, project trackers, and planning documents
• Structured preparation of information and project statuses
• Flexible support for short-term operational requirements

• Several years of experience in marketing and project management, ideally on the agency side
• Experience in coordinating multiple parallel projects
• Confident interaction with internal stakeholders, sales teams, agencies, and external service providers
• Strong organizational talent, high initiative, and structured way of working
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to think conceptually as well as implement operationally
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma, Beauty, or Aesthetic Medicine is an advantage but not a requirement
• Project start: by agreement; ideally from 11/15/2026
• Project duration: 6 months
• Capacity: 50–100%, flexible depending on project requirements and availability
