For several planned CX/MarTech projects starting Q1 2027, we are currently looking for experienced Functional and Technical Consultants with sound practical experience in at least one of the following technologies:

We are particularly interested in technical consultants with hands-on experience, but we also welcome functional specialists.

Requirements

If you have experience with Tealium, Dynamic Yield, or Klaviyo, we look forward to receiving your profile including:

• Demonstrable project experience with Tealium, Dynamic Yield, or Klaviyo
• Several years of experience in the respective functional or technical environment
• Good knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
• MarTech / Marketing Automation
• Customer Experience
• Personalization
• Customer Data Platforms
• E-Commerce
• CRM / Customer Engagement
• For technical profiles: Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and/or technical further development of the respective platform
• For functional profiles: Experience in consulting, conception, and collaboration with business departments
• Independent and structured way of working

For Tealium and Dynamic Yield, the focus is expected to be on Continuous Improvement, AMS, and ongoing operations.

• Dynamic Yield: long-term or ongoing engagement
• Technical configuration and further development of the respective platform
• Support with implementation and integration
• Analysis and optimization of existing setups
• Technical consulting on platform functionalities and best practices
• Support with data flows, interfaces, and technical dependencies
• Troubleshooting and technical error analysis
• Support in ongoing operations as well as with continuous improvement topics
• Collaboration with internal development teams, solution architects, and business departments
• Consulting on the functional possibilities of the respective platform
• Recording and structuring functional requirements
• Translation of business requirements into platform configurations and use cases
• Conception and optimization of customer journey, personalization, campaign, or marketing automation scenarios
• Conducting or supporting workshops
• Consulting on best practices and optimization potentials
• Coordination between business departments and technical teams
