Project overview

Project Goal: Support in investment controlling as well as in financial analysis and corporate management of the companies.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the investment controlling of the companies
• Analysis of economic development as well as creation of target-actual comparisons, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Support in planning, budgeting, and corporate management
• Creation and further development of management reports and KPI dashboards
• Participation in annual financial statements as well as in the creation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Accounting assessment of business transactions according to HGB, ideally also according to IFRS
• Performance of profitability and investment calculations
• Contribution to strategic projects, M&A processes, and special analyses
