Project Goal: A property management software already developed with Claude.ai is to be professionally completed. Several technical connections and functions are missing and need to be implemented.
Responsibilities
- Setup of hosting, database, user management, and automatic backups
- Implementation of automatic retrieval of bank account revenues and, if applicable, EBICS connection for direct transfers from the software
- Integration of an e-mail connection directly into the software
- Development of a customer portal with individual access and notifications (portal already developed, focus is more on the access)
- Implementation of AI-supported reading of invoices from PDF files and, if applicable, integration of ChatGPT for drafting and checking messages
Requirements
Experience in software development with the mentioned technical areas, especially hosting, database connection, banking interfaces (e.g., EBICS), e-mail integration, portal development, and AI integration.
Expected Result: A fully functional property management software with all mentioned technical connections and functions.
German-speaking support also after completion.
