For a long-term project in the maritime environment, we are looking for an experienced freelancer in the field of quality assurance / quality management.

Travel Share: approx. 25 %

• Accompanying inspections and acceptances
• Quality controls at suppliers and on-site
• Examination of technical documentation and quality certificates
• Processing and follow-up of deviations
• Coordination with project team, customers, suppliers, and inspection bodies
• Application of relevant standards and classification specifications
• Technical background, e.g. mechanical engineering, plant engineering, electrical engineering or shipbuilding technology
• Several years of experience in QA, quality control or technical acceptance
• Proficient in handling drawings, specifications, and inspection documents
• Very good German and English skills
• Only profiles with demonstrable experience in shipbuilding and/or offshore environments will be considered.
