We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Safety Specialist to support our client in the exciting project of building a converter station for a high-voltage transmission network.

Profile

• Start: From December 2026
• Duration: Approx. 6 months
• Workload: 3 days/week
• Location: Wilster
• Completed training or degree in occupational safety or comparable qualification
• Experience in occupational safety, ideally in the construction or engineering sector
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team player and strong communication skills

• HSE Dashboard
• Register of work equipment
• List of employees + subcontractors
• Site inductions (site regulations)
• Induction for special activities / hazards
• Induction according to GBU / LMRA / work permit procedures
• Inductions on demand after incidents, unsafe behavior (HiPo)
• Conducting B.Peps
• Safety induction for visitors
• HSE Toolbox Meeting (bi-weekly or as needed)
• Site inspections (intervals see HSE plan)
• Inspection of work platforms and scaffolding
• Accident investigations after incidents
• Review of HSE performance
• HSE project report (KPI)
