Seeking a project manager with a strong cost engineering profile for a chassis and brakes project, responsible for commercial and technical management during tender processes.
Project overview
Project Goal: For a project in the area of chassis and brakes, a project manager personality with a clear cost engineering profile is sought, who will take over commercial and technical control in tender procedures.
Responsibilities
- Commercial and technical management in tender procedures
- Interface between technical requirements and calculation
- Early identification of non-viable offers
- Justification and communication of assessments to development and purchasing
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Cost Engineer or Project Manager in the automotive environment
- Technical expertise in shock absorbers and brakes from practical experience
- Corporate experience in structured purchasing and development processes
- Experience with SSP platforms desirable
- German and English at C1 level
Project details
6 months, with an option for extension.
Work Model: Fully remote.
