Seeking a freelance O2C / Subscription Management Specialist for a 6-month full-time project with potential extension, located in the Rhein Neckar region with remote options. The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing the Order-to-Cash process, subscription management, and billing workflows.

Responsibilities
Must-Haves:
- Project-based analysis and optimization of the entire Order-to-Cash process
- Participation in the identification of manual process steps, error sources, and bottlenecks
- Support in the conception and implementation of automated and scalable O2C workflows
- Participation in the optimization of subscription management for SaaS contracts
- Support in improving invoicing and recurring billing processes
- Project-based optimization and documentation of revenue recognition processes according to HGB and IFRS
- Participation in the analysis and optimization of dunning and receivables processes
- Support in improving system integration between HubSpot and NetSuite
- Participation in the analysis and improvement of data quality for contract, customer, and billing master data
- Support in the conception and implementation of automated process controls
- Project-related collaboration with Sales Operations, Accounting, and Finance Systems
- Sound practical experience in the Order-to-Cash environment
- Demonstrable experience with SaaS subscription billing and recurring revenues
- Knowledge of revenue recognition according to IFRS and HGB
- Experience with complex SaaS contract models
- Practical experience in process automation and system integrations
- Good knowledge of NetSuite
- Experience in data quality and process controls
- Fluent English skills
