Must-haves

- Steering of building construction projects according to AHO across all service levels
- Ensuring project goals regarding costs, deadlines, and quality
- Support and implementation of individual customer requirements
- Project controlling and project monitoring across all project phases
- Technical-economic organization and steering of construction projects
- Coordination and communication with clients, planners, authorities, and other project participants
- Participation in demanding public sector projects, especially schools, educational buildings, sports facilities, and other special constructions
- Successfully completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field
- At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience in project steering or project management of building construction projects
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in public sector projects
- Sound knowledge of approval, planning, and construction processes
- Very good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, especially AHO, HOAI, and VOB
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Negotiation skills in dealing with clients and project participants
- Confident use of MS Office and common project management and construction software
