Fullstack Developer (Angular, .NET, Azure, AI)

Project overview

For the support of a modernization and digitalization program, we are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) with a focus on Angular, .NET, Azure, and AI-supported software development, starting mid-November 2026.

Responsibilities

Collection, analysis, and structuring of business requirements

Creation of requirements, user stories, and business-technical specifications

Application of modern spec-driven development approaches (e.g., OpenSpec, GitHub Spec Kit, KIRO)

Development of cloud-native applications based on Angular, .NET, and Azure

Use of AI tools and AI agents to support analysis, specification, and implementation

Support with architecture, design, and technology decisions

Must-have requirements

Several years of experience in fullstack development with Angular and .NET

In-depth Azure knowledge and experience with cloud-native development

Experience in requirements engineering and specification of software solutions

Practical experience with AI-driven software development

Knowledge of spec-driven development and AI-supported development processes

GitHub, GitHub Copilot, DevOps, and CI/CD

Azure DevOps knowledge

Azure Foundry knowledge

MS SQL Server knowledge

Experience with event-driven architectures

Very good German and English skills
