Experienced project manager sought for a comprehensive IT transformation project within statutory social insurance. The role involves leading the entire process from planning to coordination and ensuring successful implementation in a regulated environment.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced project manager for the responsible steering of an overall project in the area of statutory social insurance. You will lead the entire process from planning through steering to coordination, navigating complex organizational and corporate structures.
Your tasks include strategic overall project management, coordination of all project phases, and ensuring successful implementation in the regulated environment of social insurance.
Requirements
We offer a 6-month freelance position with an 80% remote possibility. The assignment begins in June 2026 in Southern Germany. This is an opportunity to lead a significant transformation project in a regulated environment and contribute your extensive experience in a demanding context.
- At least 10 years of proven experience as a project manager in complex IT projects
- At least 2 years of project experience in statutory social insurance (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in the statutory accident insurance environment
- Proven expertise in regulated, insurance-related, or social insurance-related contexts
- PMI certification or PRINCE2 certification advantageous
