Responsibilities

Profile

• Conception and design of digital and marketing assets for web, social media, campaigns, and other digital communication channels
• Creation of professional PowerPoint presentations, master slides, layout systems, diagrams, and design templates
• Conception and design of print media such as brochures, white papers, product documentation, flyers, mailings, and advertisements
• Development and implementation of graphics, infographics, illustrations, and iconographies
• Professional image editing, retouching, and image research
• Maintenance, further development, and application of corporate design and brand guidelines
• Development of communication materials for products, solutions, and various industries
• Design of trade fair and event materials, including key visuals, invitations, and event media
• Sound, practical experience in graphic design, communication design, or creative production
• Very proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Very good feel for imagery, layout, typography, composition, and CI-compliant design
• Experience in the entire production process from conception and design to final artwork and print data preparation
• Sound experience in professional image editing and retouching
• Demonstrable experience with AI-supported image and creative production
• Ability to creatively evaluate, optimize, and further develop AI-generated content in a brand- and quality-appropriate manner
• Ideally, experience with video, moving images, animation, and post-production
• Experience with common AI applications for image, text, and video, and ideally in prompting for creative applications
• Basic understanding of advertising effectiveness and the connection between text, typography, headlines, and USPs
• Fluent German and very good English skills
