Job description
HSE Manager needed for construction sites in Frankfurt from November 2026 to the end of 2027, with potential extension. The role involves overseeing HSE requirements, coordinating teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring HSE requirements on construction sites
- Coordination and management of HSE supervisors and teams
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and HSE inspections
- Ensuring compliance with legal and internal HSE regulations
- Tracking measures and HSE reporting
- Collaboration with construction and project management as well as subcontractors
Requirements
- Many years of experience in HSE/EHS management, ideally in a construction site environment
- Experience managing HSE supervisors and large construction projects
- Very good knowledge of German occupational safety regulations
- Assertive, communicative, and independent
- Very good German language skills, English is an advantage
