We are looking for an IAM Architect for concept and strategy development, URS/RFP for our client.
The focus is on a viable target state, an actionable roadmap, and solution-agnostic support for product selection.
We are looking for someone who can develop strategic concepts and create decision-making bases. Operational implementation is not the focus in the first project phase.
Task Description
+ Development of an IAM/PAM strategy and an overarching roadmap
+ Development of a target architecture, including a concept for offline-capable MFA for administrators
+ Evaluation of requirements, dependencies, and relevant security and compliance specifications
+ Solution-agnostic pre-selection of suitable IAM and PAM products and support for product selection
+ Creation of the User Requirements Specification (URS) and the tender documents (RFP)
Must Haves
+ Several years of experience in IAM, PAM, and MFA
+ Demonstrable experience in the strategic conception of IAM/PAM target states and roadmaps
+ Experience in the solution-agnostic evaluation and selection of IAM and PAM products
+ Knowledge of SSO, particularly SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
+ Experience with solutions such as Entra ID/Azure AD, SailPoint, and CyberArk
+ Understanding of security and compliance requirements
+ Experience with URS and RFP processes
+ Fluent English, both written and spoken, at least C1
Nice to Haves
+ Experience with Cloud IAM in Azure, AWS, or GCP
+ Knowledge of DevOps and automation, for example Terraform and APIs
+ Certifications, for example CISSP, TOGAF, or Microsoft
+ Industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector
