Responsibilities
Our requirements
- Prepare, conduct, and follow up on recertifications according to specifications: create lists, remind departments, document results
- Initiate revocations from recertifications and track their implementation
- Perform and document specified 1st-line controls in IAM
- Process open audit findings: implement measures, maintain status, provide evidence
- Compile evidence for audits
- Update and maintain IAM policies and procedural instructions according to specifications
- Record exceptions and risk acceptances and monitor deadlines
- Create key figures and status reports according to templates
- Practical experience in authorization management or IAM governance
- Experience with recertifications or access reviews
- Careful, structured way of working according to specifications and clean documentation
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements, e.g. DORA
- Confident demeanor towards departments when following up on open points
- Very good German language skills
- Experience with internal control systems (IKS) and audit findings
- Insurance or banking environment
- Experience with IGA tools, ideally NetIQ / OpenText Identity Manager
- Good Excel skills for evaluations
