Job description
Seeking an ICT Security Architect for a part-time role (30%) in Bern, focusing on designing and documenting IT security architectures for complex ICT services and products. Requires a valid Swiss personnel security clearance (PSP) and strong German language skills.
Requirements
Several years of experience as an ICT Security Architect, IT Security Architect, or in a comparable architecture role
Sound knowledge in the conception of complex ICT system and solution architectures
Experience in the field of information security, IT security, and security architecture
Knowledge in the creation and implementation of information security and data protection concepts (ISDS)
Experience in creating technical architecture and security documentation
Swiss citizenship (Swiss passport)
Valid Personnel Security Clearance (PSP)
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Project experience in the Swiss federal environment, especially within the VBS or the Swiss Army
Knowledge of complex and security-critical ICT infrastructures
Experience in agile project organizations and with SAFe
Experience in collaborating with public clients and external technology partners

Your Responsibilities
Conception, definition, and documentation of system and solution architectures with a focus on IT security
Development of high-level architectures for complex ICT services and products, considering hardware, software, data, interfaces, and communication networks
Analysis and evaluation of different architectural variants as well as technological dependencies and trade-offs
Creation, review, and further development of architecture and security documentation
Definition of system boundaries, subsystems, interfaces, and architectural responsibilities
Conception, implementation, and verification of security-relevant features and protective measures
Further development and implementation of information security and data protection concepts (ISDS)
Preparation and support of the transfer of security concepts into the core organization
Support for project managers, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers on security-relevant issues
Participation in agile project meetings, architecture reviews, and coordination with various specialist departments
Documentation and quality assurance of implemented security features
