Seeking an ICT Supporter to assist the IT service and support department, ensuring the smooth operation of IT workstations and supporting users.
Project overview
For a client, we are looking for a dedicated ICT Supporter to support the IT service and support area. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for supporting local and group-wide users and ensuring the smooth operation of IT workstations. Your tasks include the evaluation, procurement, installation, and commissioning of hardware and software components. You will analyze and resolve malfunctions in the hardware and software environment and support users in 1st and 2nd level support. Furthermore, you will manage the IT Service Desk and process support requests via ticket system, email, and phone.
You will administer the IT environment, manage user accounts and software installations, and participate in the creation and maintenance of software packages and scripts for software distribution. Additionally, you will support the planning, implementation, and documentation of IT projects and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
