Project overview
Support in the project as an Application Management Specialist
Task Description:
- AM processes (working according to defined processes)
- 2nd & 3rd Level Support (Analysis and resolution of issues in close coordination with development, operations, and customers)
- Releases (Preparation and execution of software releases, ensuring smooth transitions to the production environment)
- Testing (Execution of technical functional tests and regression tests)
- Monitoring (Monitoring of system availability and performance using monitoring tools, as well as proactive detection and escalation of incidents)
Requirements
Utilization:
Remote/on-site portions are always agreed upon with the end customer.
Willingness to work on-site in the project is a prerequisite.
