Job description
Technical support and monitoring for the commissioning of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and inverters. Requires an engineering or technical degree and experience in commissioning electrical energy systems.
Project overview
+ Technical support and monitoring of the commissioning of BESS systems and inverters
+ Review and control of commissioning work carried out by manufacturers
+ Review or support of:
Wiring tests
Loop checks
I/O checks
Visual inspections
+ etc.
+ Technical coordination with involved manufacturers and project partners
+ Identification and documentation of deviations, errors, and open points
+ Documentation of test results and commissioning progress
Requirements
+ Completed university degree or technical training in electrical engineering, energy technology, automation technology, or comparable
+ Experience in the commissioning of electrical energy systems
+ Good technical understanding of central inverters (2-6MW) and optionally BESS containers
+ Experience with central inverters in the power range of approx. 2–6 MW
+ Ability to technically assess and control the work and commissioning steps of manufacturers
+ Willingness for nationwide travel and multi-week on-site assignments (travel expenses will be covered.)
